Tax Reminder Notice

This is a reminder to all property owners in Cramahe Township that the second installment of your 2026 Interim Tax Bill is due April 30, 2026.

From the convenience of your home:

Internet & telephone banking payments are accepted at most financial institutions.  Your Roll # is your account #.  Credit card payment can be made by going to our website www.cramahe.ca (a 2.75% user fee will apply).

By Mail:

Please send your cheque (Post-dated ARE accepted) to the Township of Cramahe, 1 Toronto Street, P.O. Box 357, Colborne, Ontario, K0K 1S0.

In Person:

You may pay your taxes at the Township Administrative Office at the above address.  We accept debit, cheque or cash payments.

Failure to receive a Tax Notice does NOT eliminate the responsibility for the payment of taxes and penalty.  Please ensure we have your correct mailing address.

Please pay on or before the due date to avoid penalties being added.  The bills were mailed the first week of February 2026; if you have not received your bill, contact our office at taxation@cramahe.ca

 

 

Product Recall Alert

Health Canada has recalled a Dual-Function Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Model WJ-SC05) due to a potential failure to operate. 

 The device may not detect smoke or CO properly, increasing the risk of fire-related injury or worse.

 What to do:

 • Stop using it immediately

• Dispose of it following local hazardous waste guidelines

• Replace it with a certified alarm

 

No injuries have been reported so far, but the risk is serious.
