Tanker Shuttle Accreditation
The Tanker Shuttle Accreditation, awarded by the Fire Underwriters Survey, recognizes a rural fire department’s ability to deliver water to a fire scene at a volume comparable to a municipal hydrant system. This is achieved by using tanker trucks to “shuttle” water, proven through testing and documentation.
The Township of Cramahe has earned this accreditation, demonstrating its ability to transport water efficiently and meet the high standards set by the Fire Underwriters Survey.
