The Ontario Health Team of Northumberland (OHT-N) is a collective of health and social service providers, patients, and caregivers working together, to provide coordinated services and supports to meet the health needs of patients and caregivers seeking care in Northumberland.

The Colborne Rural Outreach Clinic (ROC) is the first clinic of its kind organized by the Ontario Health Team of Northumberland (OHT-N).

Services are available by appointment only on a first come, first served basis. Walk-in support is not available at the clinic at this time.
