NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, Friday, May 2, 2025 – The Ontario Health Team of Northumberland (OHT-N) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, featuring an integrated system navigation platform designed to better support patients, caregivers, residents and healthcare providers across our community.
The user-friendly website (https://www.ohtnorthumberland.ca) was developed with a focus on the patient and caregiver experience, offering tailored resources and accessible information aligned with OHT-N’s core priority areas.
