Township of Cramahe Announces New Manager of Environmental Services
Cramahe Township, ON – June 18, 2026 — The Township of Cramahe is pleased to welcome Troy Stephens as the new Manager of Environmental Services (Water/Wastewater).
Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager of Environmental Services is responsible for overseeing the Township’s water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including project management, contract administration, and the provision of technical and engineering expertise. The role supports the planning, design, and construction of complex infrastructure projects that ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable environmental services for the community.
Located in the heart of Northumberland County on the north shore of Lake Ontario, Cramahe Township is home to the historic villages of Colborne and Castleton and a growing population of more than 6,000 residents. The Township continues to invest in modern infrastructure to support growth while protecting its natural environment.
Stephens is excited to be joining the Cramahe Township team as the Manager of Environmental Services as of June 22, 2026. He brings over twenty (20) years of cumulated experience in the wastewater industry from his various roles within the Municipality of Trent Hills, and water operations with OCWA.
A lifelong resident of Campbellford, Stephens attended Brock University and the University of Prince Edward Island. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys fishing, woodworking, and following hockey and baseball.
