Delegations, Presentations, and Open Forum

Council generally meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, with some exceptions. If you are interested in appearing in person at a Committee of the Whole or Council meeting to present information or an opinion on a matter, you will need to fill out and submit the Request for Delegation/Deputation Form.  

Each request is to be directed to the Clerks Department at the Township Office and may be delivered in person or emailed. clerk@cramahe.ca

Deputation requests must be submitted to the Clerk’s office no later than 10:00am the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting.  

Each deputation shall be limited in speaking to not more than three (3) minutes. Extensions to these limits will be at the discretion of Council.

Delegation/Presentation Request must be submitted to the Clerk’s office 5 business days prior to the scheduled meeting.

Each delegation shall be limited in speaking to not more than ten (10) minutes. Extensions to these limits will be at the discretion of Council. No more than three (3) delegations shall be permitted at any evening meeting.

If you are placed on the agenda, you will be provided with a time to appear. If your request is received after the deadline or if there are already three deputations/ delegations scheduled, your request will be placed at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
