Agendas & Minutes

The Township of Cramahe displays agendas and minutes from upcoming and recent Council and Committee meetings.  Please see below!

In the interest of openness and transparency, the Township of Cramahe posts agendas, minutes and video or audio recordings (when available) from the current and active term of Council.  

As per the Township of Cramahe Records Retention By-law, agendas are disposed of in accordance with that by-law (5 year retention).  If you are looking for a specific report or set of approved minutes, please let us know and a member of the Clerks Office will be happy to assist.  You may also email clerk@cramahe.ca    

HYBRID MEETINGS

 Members of the public will now be able to choose how they would like to attend Committee of the Whole and Council meetings.

 If you wish to simply watch the meeting without interaction, you will be able to choose the “LIVE STREAM” option under the agendas and minutes page on the township website, https://www.cramahe.ca/en/municipal-government/agendas-minutes.aspx. This button will only appear during the meeting and once the meeting has ended and minutes are published, it will become a “VIDEO” playback option.

 If you wish to participate interactively, you will still be offered the ZOOM link to for each meeting and be able to login. The ZOOM link will be posted at the beginning of every agenda, under Meeting Details.

PLEASE NOTE: Technical difficulties may arise and when this happens, a video link option will not be displayed with the meeting.  Please open the published minutes from the meeting and a link to the video recording will be provided.
