Property Taxes

The Township of Cramahe collects property taxes on behalf of the Township, Northumberland County, and the local school boards. These funds help support important community services such as road maintenance, parks and recreation, and emergency response.

If you wish to update your school support designation, please contact the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).

Important Notice:
Property tax bills are issued in February and June each year. Property owners are responsible for ensuring that bills are received and paid by the due dates. Not receiving a bill does not exempt you from payment or from any applicable penalties or interest. Please make sure the Taxation Clerk has your correct mailing address, or complete a mailing address change form to update your information.
