Once you have obtained your building permit, it is important that the construction adheres to approved plans and building codes.
Mandatory inspections are required at different phases of construction including but not limited to:

Footings (prior to concrete

Foundation and Weepers (backfill)

Plumbing rough-in beneath a slab

Plumbing rough-in for remainder of building

HVAC Rough-in

Framing (prior to insulation)

Fireplace/Wood stove Rough-in

Insulation and Vapor Barrier

Plumbing Final

Our offices hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am to 5pm and Fridays from 8:30am to 12:30 pm.
Please note that inspections should be booked 48hrs prior to an inspection needing to be conducted to insure availability. Construction drawings should be accessible on-site during inspections.
