Cramahe Water and Wastewater Increase Notification

 

To our valued customers,

The Township of Cramahe will be raising the Water and Wastewater rates as per the scheduled By-Law’s 2021-17 and 2021-18. The new rates to be charged will appear on your March invoice, and will also include all retroactive differences back dated to January 1st, 2023. We are making all efforts to ensure everyone is informed and aware of the rate increase prior to receiving invoices.  

Aquatech is the operating authority for The Township of Cramahe’s existing drinking water supply & distribution system. As such, we are responsible for following the By-Laws set in place by the Township and the scheduled rate increase in accordance with the By-Laws.

As a reminder, please always ensure that our Meter Readers have access to all the meter pads for proper and accurate readings. If proper access is unattainable, this may result in an inaccurate or estimated reading in which will be utilized for the periods invoicing.
