Development Charges within Cramahe Township

New development requires infrastructure and services in order to function efficiently and effectively. Development charges are fees that are paid by new development to fund new infrastructure and services constructed within the Township.

The Development Charges Act, 1997 allows municipalities to pass a By-law to raise revenues from new development to offset the costs incurred by the Township as a result of growth.
