The Colborne Rural Outreach Clinic (ROC) is the first clinic of its kind organized by the Ontario Health Team of Northumberland (OHT-N). Services are available by appointment only on a first come, first served basis. Walk-in support is not available at the clinic at this time. To book an appointment or to speak with a client care representative, please connect with us by phone. For privacy and security reasons, please do not share Personal Health Information (PHI) by email. Contact us: 289-265-0505, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (closed 12:00-1:00 p.m.). Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
